These little birds hardly sit still for more than a couple of seconds, and are very difficult to catch a decent photograph of. The ones at Loch Raven seem to prefer evergreen trees.

I think they are some species of flycatcher, either an Acadian Flycatcher or an Alder Flycatcher.
